Kira Oberle

Family Nurse Practitioner

Kira Oberle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Columbia University’s Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program. Kira completed clinical rotations at various sites throughout Manhattan including New York-Presbyterian hospitals on intensive care units as well as postpartum units. She also had rotations at outpatient clinics which consisted of providing primary care to patients of all ages.

Kira has always been interested in healthcare and saw the important role nurses provide when her dad was sick with cancer, which led her to pursue a degree in nursing. During nursing school, while completing a rotation in an intensive care unit, Kira saw just how far Western medicine has come with the advancement of life-saving treatments. However, she also saw an opportunity to treat patients more holistically and implement preventative strategies before these extreme measures are needed. These experiences had a big impact on how she treats her patients today. Kira sees the importance of treating the mind, body, and spirit. She wants each of her patients to get to the root cause of any dis-ease so they can live their healthiest lives. She focuses on nutrition and lifestyle implementations to optimize the body’s terrain and overall health.

Kira has a driven nature and participated in competitive sports growing up, including playing Division I lacrosse in college. Today, she still enjoys playing pick-up soccer and other recreational sports. Kira is also interested in meditation and loves spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys cooking and experimenting with different plant-based dishes for her family and friends.

Kira is so excited to be part of the Rahav Wellness team and looks forward to continuing to grow as a practitioner.
